Hmmm. Maybe the Bush Administration shouldn't have publicly advertised that letter calling for more terrorist reinforcements in Iraq. If that letter had any validity, Bush, in effect, delivered it for the enemy and we therefore should be expecting more attacks like the ones today in Karbala and Baghdad.
