It's the slowest formulation I have. The only one that approaches it in sluggishness is InSync. Wait til you formulate a profit-testing system with TD REI -- I leave the room while WOW scratches its head and chews on its pencil.

So far, I haven't been able to formulate a TD REI system that consistently yields good profits in tests. One key thing seems to be the length of time it hovers near 100. One drawback seems to be that it doesn't always fall to around -100 before reversing.
