From what I understand, the Bush administration armed the rebels through the Dominican Republic and have been helping to get rid of Aristide. I just read your reference and Ransey Clark confirmed what I have heard. These are shameful times for Americans. Maybe I should call us Shamericans...we are merely shams of our forefathers who would not allow such tyranny. Let's save the word "shamericans" for the Bush supporters.
