You keep saying "many have tried before." Assuming that is true, Kerry's records should be out in the public domain. Why aren't they? Answer: Kerry hasn't allowed their release. As for prior attempts to vet him, evidently the Massachusetts voters aren't too picky. This is a national campaign.
