Horse people have a serious tooth fettish. The age (and often health) of deer, elk, moose and horses, can easily be determined by the wear (condition) of the teeth.
When verifying the age of a horse,(younger horses being more valuable) check the teeth...which are located in the mouth...which is where you put your foot...when you ask for the receipt...for a gift from a loved one.
