What was to be gained by voting against management? I read your dis-satisfaction in the previous post and can feel your pain (I also am in at a loss). Was this more of a protest vote or is there more to it than that. I've never sat with a losing company so long as CMTR but just can't let go because of the promise and especially now. Hope you don't give up now. I'll bet there's life in this corpse yet. Randy
