MacRandy, There is a problem scrolling back in a filtered T&S stream. The cause is possibly complex. Toward the middle of last year, from machines with better connectivity to Santa Clara than to other farms, the Santa Clara farm could deliver back-scrolling filtered streams well, but other farms could not.

The best solution for now is to use unfiltered T&S streams if possible. The situation needs to be fixed, of course, and we'll make it happen when other things are 'off the plate.'
