Darci? Is this scrambling, and thus apoptosis, occuring b/c DNA repair enzymes get to far behind? Does "getting behind" lead to to much DNA damage resulting in mutation or cell death?

I am not fimiliar w/ TUNEL assay. What about an assay that would measure the level of ADPRT, a DNA repair enzyme. Peter, I lurk on ARIA; thanks for your posts. squetch
