Truflette: As luck would have it, the local broadcaster suffered
from intermittent technical problems, and I heard a severely truncated
Brinker broadcast. However, Mr. Webster has stepped to the plate
with a concise summary.

I did not hear, as Mr. Webster did, Brinker proffer an opinion on his
expected low for the DJIA. Indeed, in the first segment, Brinker
seemed loathe to answer direct queries in that regard and remained
somewhat coy. Therefore, I defer to Mr. Webster on this point. Par
for the course, Brinker advocates dollar cost averaging at this
juncture given lofty major market levels. Today's Barron's reports
a current P/E ratio of 22.39 for the S&P 500 and 20.60 for the
DJIA.

Ps. The vaunted first hour monologue consisted of a somewhat
abbreviated discussion of soaring residential real estate prices
in selected markets.
