Hi Chip, Thanks - that would be much appreciated. Your buddy is bold - the power of the Oceans is awesome. We hit perfect weather - just before it got rough. Just think a 37 foot boat in the middle og the Pacific. It must be exciting.To know how many small islands are out there. Does he have electronics: radar,Trac Phone, or Trac Net or SSAS?? I'd like to know more about his adventure. When a much younger man - I always dreamed about packing in my career and going on a world sailing trip.It is the one journey I never made as I found wealth accumulation to be a more slow and steady thing. I admire the thrill of his trip - sounds just plain exciting to me. Bob
