Let me see if I can understand what it is you are saying.

You wanted the Bush administration to uphold democracy in Haiti by dealing with rebel/insurgents whose sole purpose is to overthrow the legitimate government in Haiti.

That really don't make a whole lot of sense.

You wanted the Bush administration to interfere in the internal affairs of another country with out UN approval?

Why have you not mentioned the UN? You have done so many times in the past with regards to Iraq.
