OT: A Note On Research Methodology
  PT,
In an effort to continue to improve our knowledge and increase the usefulness of research posted to SI, I've come to the following realizations.
Oftentimes, I can remember the thread where I've posted some data on a particular topic, such as the CTEG, the subject of your post, but I forgot to bookmark the specific post, or didn't think it important at the time.
What I've discovered over the course of reading and posting thousands of messages that the "best practice" is to always provide a HEADLINE for posts that contain valuable information so that not only do the SI and Google search engines have a better likelihood of noting the subjectmatter in question, but that when readers scroll through the first lines of posts in any subject matter, that their eyes will be directed to the topic that they seek, or one perhaps that otherwise would not be obvious from a casual opening line, or the mere cutting & pasting of a URL without any specifying indication as to the subject matter.
Here's a good example of what I mean by HEADLINING in order to make referring back to prior stores of knowledge much more accessible:
  Subject 32716
Contrast that page to this one, where I defy you to find anything, let alone anything useful. :)
  Subject 28880
  See the difference?
