This is Kerry speaking, so when he uses the word "They" he's talking about others. If he were including himself and was confessing to doing the same thing he would have used the word "We".
But then we can't trust anything that you post to begin with, because you tell lies on a consistent basis. In fact I have come to suspect that anything that you post is probably a lie.
