You supplied the "with us" part not Cheney,. Cheney said Aristede had "worn out his welcome"; and Cheney was talking about the Haitian people in that sentence, not about the US.

Where is the FRIGGIN' formal request for help that would be a matter of record.

I don't know. Nobody asked me to keep it. Why is that important.

And when I said Comander in Chief, I meant the RECORDS! the army keeps EVERYTHING. Where are the muster roles. The duty rosters. The KP lists that must be kept.

I don't know that one either. I can assure you, I have never stored any records, except my own. However, if you think the Natl., Guard is holding out, contact them yourself. If the Natl. Guard, is like any other business, you can rest assured, that usually they are condensed, before they are put in storage, and a lot of the small items are discarded.
