I hope Kerry's elected, but I think it's going to be a long, ugly haul for both sides. There's just so much that's unknown and might happen. The capture of OBL would mean a certain win for Bush, I believe. Another terror attack on our continent might mean a Kerry win.

All I know is that I, like many Americans, am deeply upset with the way Bush has handled Iraq. His high-handedness wrt the rest of the world makes me squirm. His stunning lack of foresight as to the environment is merely another manifestation of the mentality he displays toward other nations.

I feel very good about Kerry and am relieved we have a democratic candidate that people can rally around.
