He agreed to share power with the "opposition". Do you know anything about the "opposition"?

He won the 2000 election in the 90% range, but never had the support of the "ruling class", the less black, in Haiti. And that hurt him with the other members of the OAS, including the US.

I think things could have been handled much better, at the least. And I think we have no idea of the carnage happening outside of the capital. The reporters are are staying where it is safe.
