Well Zonkie - you did not answer the question. How would you have stimulated the economy after the internet bubble burst and 9/11. You do remember the economic impact of 9/11 - empty planes, empty hotels. If you want to criticize you should have an alternate - an alternate that recognizes the situation this country faced after 9/11.

Also, I guess if the tax cuts mostly have not taken effect yet then they can't be blamed for the recession. Frankly, I thought most of them expired in a few years. That is why Dubya wants to make them permanent.
