Ted, Why do they send their kids to the conference if they disagree with its presentation?

They don't. They sent their kids to a Girl Scout troop that endorses the Planned Parenthood conference. There's a degree of separation there, but apparently for those parents, it's not enough.

I get real annoyed with the holier than thou attitude of many Southern Baptists. In fact, it sends me over the top. Guess what? I stay away from TX and other states with large concentrations of S. Baptists and I don't read their tracts. When occasionally one of them strays into my neck of the woods, I keep my distance.

Look, I know you get annoyed at people who hold these beliefs and don't keep to themselves. You feel it's not their place to call a certain lifestyle sinful, because you think they're just being hypocritical and judgemental. After all, who are they to say anything, if we're all God's creatures?

All I'm saying is that they might not be the kooks and hypocrites you think they are. They could simply be people who believe in something so strongly they're willing to boycott organizations who support the opposing belief. They're not trying to force their beliefs upon anyone else except their children. Instead, they too prefer to stay away from those whom they disagree strongly with.
