Which is absolutely true. The converse isn't true, that the US doesn't give a damn about the lives of millions of Israeli citizens. We care about both.
If the USA cared more about Jewish people, they would have let that be more known when Hitler was killing them.
What kind of statement is that? Can you prove, the US knew at the time, the extent of the killing that was going on, and or, the US had the ability to stop it. I also assume then you were in favor of deposing Saddam to stop the mass killings taking place there. Just why is the far left railing against regime change in Iran, when you are so willing to blame the US for not stopping the genocide in Germany? A case can be made that the USA didn't know about Buckenwald, etc, until the camps were freed. However the left has known about the mass starvation, mass killings, terrorism, gassing of Kurds, etc. in Iraq for yrs, through the UN commissions, Ramsey Clark etc.; yet the left still favored doing nothing. |
