Orca, John Stewart had the best comment yesterday. I can only paraphrase: "The Central African Republic, where the life span for a male is 40 years. Why did we dump him there? Because Satan's Balls didn't have any vacancies." <G> However, there are some problems with finding some place to take him. If you give the guy a home, you immediately make enemies of The United States and France. Most small countries don't want to do that.
