That may be the single most incredible and offensive post that you have ever made on SI. If you had any position of authority in the Kerry campaign, they would have you thrown out on your ass by the end of the day. JFK was a hyped war hero. JFK was run over by a destroyer. John Kerry went on the attack, saved his boat crew and also risked his lfie pulling a wounded Green Beret out of the river. GW Bush avoided war, training and combat. Bush Sr. was a pilot who got shot down and rescued. McCain was shot down but captured. With all due respect, McCain, Bush Sr. and JFK are famous for getting shot down and run over. Kerry shot down and ran over the enemy.
