Hi Matthew,

On the insider sales some of the questions that come to my mind are:

1. If they knew that this quarter was going to be worse than expected why didn't they sell all their shares? It appears they only sold about 1/3 of their stock.

2. Why did they take what must have been a loss so close to the 52 week low? Most long term investors will at least wait for some kind of rebound.

3. Why for about the same amount and about the same time? What can two Novell VPs buy for 70 grand cash?

4. Why did they both wait to file until the end of the week before earnings?

5. Could they have sold the stock to pick up some cheep options? From what I understand there is no filing requirement on options.

Rhetorical questions. Sure wish I knew.
