BUsh certainly needs to respond at a time of his own choosing. After all in this free country everybody has a right to defend his record. But he is not doing that. When asked about the WMD, he blames his intelligence community. When asked why he has not shown compassion towards fallen US soldiers in Iraq he has an excuse etc. And worse of all, when asked about outsourcing he through Mr. Makinw says "outsourcing is good for America." Totally out of touch and also insensitive when made aware with what the American people (Kerry being one of them) are feeling saying or doing.
