I'll take just a few more shares of ALCO today. At this point, I'd say it's a speculative buy. The new change in control is in now place, and the stock has dropped a bit from highs. Perhaps these new controlling insiders will be able and be more willing to unlock the real estate values that I hope and assume exist.
