OT: It's certainly a subject worthy of discussion. I think we all know analysts can impact a stock with an upgrade or downgrade but usually they make their big changes at or near the top or bottom of such moves.

Here though it seems the data is older than what we need for trading counter to their influences. Even in the case of LAB the stock is already back to an RSI of 62.

We need to look outside of technology more often for buys. Especially at this point in the economic cycle. LAB would potentially be a good buy at say...

9.50 to 9.60 in my humble opinion.
