Bin Laden has already defined the agenda of one presidency, he will wait to see if Kerry wins, so he can define the agenda of a second president.

Bin Laden (assuming he's alive) has always been addressing an Arab/Muslim audience. There is no evidence he has any clue about the concerns of an American audience.

Have you ever read Lee Harris' essay, Al Qaeda's Fantasy Ideology? Harris argues that even 9/11 was a grand 'show' aimed at winning over a Muslim audience.
