Room222 - What do they call those micro transactions where 1/4 pennies are charged on different type of transactions. It looks as though SUNW is entering the area of charging "code" based on pennies per end user. You need billions of transactions before it begins to add up to serious money.

The key is to keep it simple and keep it reoccurring.

By the way I was looking at the E-Bay transaction fee model and they have a money machine. They receive a listing fee, a percentage of the sales fee, a credit card transaction fee and these charges go on and on. These fees are reoccurring every 5-10 days! A very small percentage increase in their overall "percentage" fee means serious bucks for E-Bay.

If Sunw wants to travel down this path, keep the fees simple, spread them across a huge installed base and make them reoccurring.
