I2, I feel if the market doesn't get to the low 7,000's and bops back up to new highs, then it is still in a up trend and I will raise more cash. It will not be the wash out needed to buy at lower levels and obtain the potential for much higher levels later. The market needs to become fairly bearish at the bottom or there will not be a good run-up later. This is a long term "extra-kicker" strategy that has provided a little extra return and kept me out at tops. BB keeps me confident at market bottoms with his buy calls. Patience is the key as BB so aptly demonstrates. - Just my opinion.
