Northern Virginia...I think it's a good move...the risk is small..as price increases are certainly slowing... so, even if you feel the need to get back in...you haven't fallen behind the train...best case, you get in on a price that makes much more sense...homeowners will start dealing soon...time is coming for a buyer's market...
