How do we get "equal time"<gg>? No one has yet given an intelligent "claim by claim" analysis that shows any claim fails. The only "prior art" to have surfaced was the 1979 testimonial from a customer that suddenly appeared on patents.com then "amazingly" was cited in the BW article. Such "intrigue".
