You'll have to excuse the writer's erroneous statement where he falsely claims hightech execs prefer Bush (On what basis? The large, stodgy, mature firms; not startups) - he must reside in Washington D.C., not the Bay Area.

Amy, yeah, I too am surprised with his conclusions. SV always has been a good fundraising source for the Dems. I think Bush has done better to date only because it's been unclear who would be the Dem. candidate.
