"Clinton and Kerry were on watch then."

Let's look at the facts. On 9/11:

(1) Bush, as chief executive officer, had control over the CIA, NSA and FBI. Kerry did not, nor ever has, controlled those agencies.

(2) Bush was receiving daily intelligence briefings. Kerry was not, nor ever has.

(3) Bush was commander of the U.S armed forces. Kerry was not, and never has been.

(4) Bush had control of the national guard. Kerry did not, and never has.

(5) Bush had control over the federal aviation authority. Kerry did not, and never has.

Yet you conclude that Kerry is more culpable than Bush. There is no ratonal basis for such a conclusion.
