"First, Bush was in office less than 9 months."

That is nine months more than Kerry has been president.

"Second, his ability to do anything about the 9/11 attackers was limited to the ability of federal agencies like FBI and CIA to find, comprehend, and act."

And who was in charge of the FBI and CIA at the time? Kerry?

"The important fact is that FBI and CIA failed. And they failed in large measure because of the cuts, restraints, and demoralization under the Clinton Administration."

If the FBI and CIA failed, why are the same persons in charge of the FBI and CIA? Why haven't any heads rolled? And why is Kerry responsible for their failure, while Bush isn't?

"Kerry, by the way, is a member of the Committee on Foreign Relations and is thus privy to sensitive intelligence."

More so than Bush? Also, why is Kerry culpable for 9/11, but the other members of that Committee aren't?
