Because there aren't any!.....They have APPROVED MORE THAN 95%%%%%% of Bush's NOMINATIONS!!!! They have drawn a LINE FOR THE RADICAL RIGHT WINGERS AS THEY SHOULD...the publicans just can't get over the fact that 1/2! of Americans DON'T BUY INTO THE FASCISM of these judges
