Henry Bud tracks the institutional following and so far his strengh line showed remarkable accumulation by the institutions... However accumulation according to Bud requires price confirmation. and since Jan97 when he touted the stock and I bought it around 1.50-1.75 the stock has been meeting Bud's criteria. He likes to see price confirmation with accumulation. Because Lidak has a large float of oh 36mill the price confirmation is not been as smart as the accumulation line would seem to warrant. Fridays uptick says yes institutional buying is heating up. It also registered very nicely in my force indicator and probably issued a buy on my trusty long term system. (i.e. its like ringing a bell at the circus) so we will see if there is enuff momemtum to keep the party going...next week or two. luis
