Buddy, I blame this one on the Democrats. They know what Republicans are like, so why would they trust them to keep a gentleman's agreement? There is nothing gentle or manly about them. <G> If they will commit burglary to steal Democratic secrets, they will certainly steal them when they're a click away. The Democrats have to stop acting like these are the old honorable Republicans of Rockefeller and Goldwater days. I should also add Eisenhower, who might have been a bit out of touch, but was certainly honorable.
