The oil situation is very complicated now. Our former best buddy with the swing production, the one 43 called Pootie- Pooh, (V. Putin) is now not being so 'helpful' as I think he is going to take Russia back into an expansion mode. Then you have, of course, the middle east mess, and then the mess in Venezuela and on top of that the little thing about reserves that RD dropped a while back. And China needs a lot of oil, now and in the future. Why would Putin sell to US when he can keep it in the family so to speak by selling to China? This is a very interesting market right now. If the average cost of gallon in the US crosses 2.30 you will see a massive slowdown in economic activity here. Also, Chinese leaders are now calling for a slowdown in growth!! They are really overheated at this point in time.
