X, I agree with some of this, but more education and training is not the answer in all cases. We have people now in technical areas like computer programming and administration being outsourced. They are highly trained people, with a range of bachelor's to PhD degrees in various fields like engineering and Information Technology - IT. These people don't need retraining. They need JOBS. We don't want to lose this knowledge base - or the US really will be in trouble in the future.
