I know Bush's economic policies reward only the investor class, where Clinton/Rubin's raised all the boats.

Bush's policies DON'T reward the investor class though, because we have a consumer oriented society and our business engine of growth, capex, is related to US employment! The only people who benefit from the Bush economy are the small number of CEOs and entrenched executives who benefit from seeing the market for US goods and services move offshore. This blocks the entrepreneurs from market access, and the low employee salaries mean Carly Fiorina can keep her huge pay package even though HP is not a growth company anymore.

I heard Bob Rubin is a potential VP candidate for Kerry. If Mr. Kerry can get Rubin (which I doubt) then I will sink every cent I have into the US stock market and leverage myself to the hilt because Rubin knows how to facilitate a robust economy. The fact that Kerry is considering superstars like Rubin at all is all I need to hear about his presidency. Bush chose whoever agreed with his ideology for his cabinet and fiscal team.
