Bush talks about jobs creation in every speech.

Yeah- he talks about it. But his economic team believes in comparative advantage in an IP economy, which is *highly* controversial.

Comparative advantage (offshoring engineering specifically) doesn't work with IP. I'll bet in a few years we get another John Nash type economic genious who does exactly what John Nash did- create an economic theory that challenges a 200 year old standing theory. In the meantime we need a political team that has the ability to admit they might be wrong, this time, and can react to change.
