I sometimes add the figures in my head just to ward off the loss of mental acuity that comes with age

i have two suggestions of alternatives for mental acuity--Chess and Foreign Languages! Chess of course is useless in a practical sense but very good for the memory. Foreign Languages are not so useless.

one question: why is such a savvy consumer paying for PMI?
