INGN Well,lately it seems that we can expect it. Whenever a stock seems poised for a possible up-move, they decide to offer some stock at a lower price so that "private investors" can take advantage of it,( of course, after first shorting the stock <g>)
The stock opened on a downgap and is presently testing support at yesterday's L of 9 (I think I will wait and see if I can pick-up some at $8.50 <g>)
