A bit hyperbolic....as far as I know, no prison terms are planned. Debts are CLEARLY much harder to discharge, though and undoubtedly we'll see a great deal of pressure placed on debtors through governmental aegis, more or less assisting the creditors (who have been WILDLY reckless for years in lending to unfit borrowers across the board). This won't play out well politically, IMHO....
