Buddy, you've forgotten number 1 on the list.

The top heavy, paper pushing, anti-competitive and legislatively protected insurance industry which sucks out dollar after dollar in non productive costs from the money paid for insurance coverage.

That hugely powerful industry has a good thing going for it. Just take a look at the amount of money spent in this country that goes to insurance. Don't ruin it for them. Too many Republican and Democrats are joined at the hip with them. As long as they can warp it into "blame the victims and their attorneys," no one will take a careful look at THEM.

PS. Srexely, wake up and smell the coffee. No informed people who understand the facts are falling for that "tort reform will save us" fraud.
