This is the sort of thing one expects to find in an overheated economy: that the various sectors cannot keep pace, that essential investment in infrastructure is deferred to keep from impeding the faster sectors, and that there is a strong whiff of speculation and an emerging bubble due to poorly planned investment. I fear that it will turn out as it did with the Asian Tigers, that it was mostly a bubble fueled by easy credit and cronyism, and that as the speculative fever increased, loans went sour and it burst.
