need help on money raised by Canadian firms in recent years

a press report, or industry report came out recently
it must have been last week or so

it contained figures on amount of money raised by Canadian mining and resource companies
they raised something like $200M in 2001
and $500M in 2002
and $2B in 2003
and expect $5B in 2004

does anyone have official numbers that are reliable?
