whenever the police or any agency asks you anything...just clam up and refer them to counsel. That is IMO the irony of this case...that Martha Stewart should never have been tried. This entire trial could have been avoided if this issue had been handled correctly by Martha and her attorneys. ..This is the lawyer's full employment act of 2004. Yes...I'm sure you're right.
