I knew a year ago when the conservatives were basically shouting "let them eat cake" we were in trouble with these labor matters. The problem now is dealing with the backlash that is surely coming. It's unbelievable to me to listen to the vitriol from wealthy Americans like yourself about India considering that India is a country where people routinely starve to death AND they happen to have an arsenal of nukes pointed at their nearest neighbor. Has it occurred to you that this is how the developed world gets them to not use them? That allowing them to fully participate in the world economy at our obviously over fed expense makes the world a more stable place for everyone? It amazes me you think it's not compassionate to allow the free market to do what it does best, bring a higher standard of living to those who need it the most, not just those who have the extreme luck to be born in the US.
