Chris. Bush doctrine is a belated answer to this fatwa issued in 1998 after more than thousands of innocent casualties as a result of this fatwa on 911.....the fatwa has not been withdrawn it stays but no one in Clinton administration tried to get those people who were signatories to this fatwa.. Today Bush doctrine ensures that enemies of innocent Americans should not get away if this is a crusade so be it.
