Nobody says it will save us. It would be a big help though. The astronomical settelments drive up insurance cost, which drives up medical cost (or any other industry under attack). All you have to do is look at some of the multi-million dollar (and sometimes hundreds of million dollar) settlements. Who do you think bears those costs?
